Someone recommended I edit the vmx files directly but I was waved away from that as I'm told it's a good way to crash your VMs. I'm going to make sure I didn't bone up the script when I copied it. As it turns out there was a vmx-****.vswp file inside the VM folder that apparently was left over from a failed DRS migration.
