I just replaced my PSU and graphics card and we had the problem before where it turned out to just be I put one of the PSU cables into the wrong Check This Out i tried moving the ram, replacing it, and tried replacing the cpu.
I tied the cables farther away. The weird part is I got it to work before I dusted it out, but then it stopped working. Can you help me out? You may have a Mobo to case short.
