Also, i know that two anti-virus programs shouldnt be on the same machine so i normally dont do it,, but with a test machine i have expierenced no problems running norton, In this case, disable the firewall or antivirus to test and if either this, or configure your antivirus or firewall to release these ports. Running more than once anti-virus client may cause conflicts with the AV programs fighting for resources/supremacy. Norton 360 (at least v3, can't say for v4 yet) seemed to have problems with stability (blue screens/lockups) with a number of machines we've seen come through the shop though.
