Event Id 29120

Removing this and restarting the health service on the Secondary Management server kicked the Secondary Management Server back into life. Some quick searching suggested that I check the credentials for my RunAs accounts, or delete the Health Service cache. I'm new in this organization and I think that the guy before me here did an installation of scom but not worked, I don't know if that is the problema, and It is solely my own personal opinion. The server was up, the Management Server status was Healthy, and there were no alerts. ..wait, no alerts? After rebooting a server to provoke some OpsMgr updates (that server needed to update anyway), I still saw no alerts.
