if you set it to manual nothing harm but you need to choose manually all the time. It works from other domains, just not this one domain. Only changes I made to the server were 2003 Server security pathces and added a new Switch on the network. So I change configuration for DSA from automatic to manuall, for this time I didn't see dsa error again ( I hope never happen again) . We show this process by using the Exchange Admin Center.
