Also, with SACPMADCP001, there is an existing connection issue between it andthe PDC, but it also replicates with SADDCADCP002 which replicates with the PDC, so we should be fine from a http://0pacity.com/event-id/event-id-1844-activedirectory-domainservice.html Testing 1 of them.

You may get a better answer to your question by starting a new discussion. Also the /e in dcdiag scans the complete forest, so better run it on COB. it gives you a gui view of your replication topology. How many DC's in the environment, what version of server are running on each DC?
